我的bridge had some height, but my tip really was not good,
so 我wanted to fix only the tip 哈哈.
现代美学整形外科 said implant-free rhinoplasty was possible, so 我had the surgery.
术前 nose surgery 我did not realize it, but after surgery when I took selfies,
我realized once again how important the nose is 哈哈.
我did not want to use septal cartilage, so I built it with donated rib cartilage!
术前 surgery, my nose was long and droopy,
so side-profile photos looked so bad that 我always edited them,
but now 我do not need any retouching at all!!
Maybe because 我only had tip surgery without an implant in the bridge,
my nose line looks natural but also glamorous, so 我really love it.
