Before >>> After
I had nose surgery before, but the tip kept drooping.
I think the septal cartilage may have been absorbed...
As the tip drooped, my nose looked long,
and because my midface looked longer too, I looked older..
I felt I could not go on like that, so I had revision rhinoplasty at Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery.
This time, hoping the tip would never droop,
we built the columella with donated rib cartilage.
Originally I considered using my own rib cartilage,
but I chose donated rib because recovery is faster and there is no scar from harvesting my own rib.
When I looked it up, donated rib cartilage could still make the nose tip come out pretty enough.
Also, the director had many review cases using donated rib cartilage, so I trusted him and went ahead.
Since my nose tip had drooped,
the nose tip and columella were very important in this revision,
and Director Hwang-ho raised those areas beautifully at a nice angle!
Once the nose tip came back to life, my whole face felt revived.
I was so worried because it was a revision, but he did the surgery so well,
so I am very grateful to Director Hwang.
